The University of Indonesia has established smoking-free campus based on Rector’s Decree Number 1805/SK/R/UI/2011 concerning the University of Indonesia’s Smooking Free Area (KTR UI). The University of Indonesia Non-Smoking Area is a room and/or area within the University of Indonesia which is declared prohibited for production, sales, advertising, promotion and/or use of cigarettes. In order to enforce UI KTR regulations, KTR UI signs and banners are installed in canteens, bus stops and at large events such as Graduation at UI Hall.
