Operational measures 

The University of Indonesia has a policy on ethical food sourcing and supplies. Rector’s Regulation no. 4 of 2022 article 4 ensures that the products obtained must meet environmentally friendly provisions. Universitas Indonesia has a policy on ethical sourcing of food and supplies through Rector’s regulation number 057 in 2017 regarding Implementation of HSE aspect on canteen UI.
